Vibgyor executes Oriflame“Power of We” event

Oriflame connected with Vibgyor to curate an unforgettable, multi-dimensional event for the employees,that would include a strategy meet, an R&R session and gala night.Vibgyor fabricated the theme “Power of We” that reflects the brand’s umbrella thought “Let’s make history together” and communicates the brand ethos- Togetherness, Spirit and Passion.

The business session started with a presentation by Mr. Kanashin Sergei- Senior Vice President of South Asia and Managing Director India, followed by strategic presentations by the board of directors.Fun engagement activities like Motion Capture and Walk the Talk were executed for audience entertainment. Motion Capture is a gesture based screen driven interactive engagement game. Participants had to make hand gestures like waving, in order to control the motion of an on-screen car and save it from the obstacles. The highlight of the event was the walk the talk activity which was about different teams getting together to create larger than life giant 12 feet high superhero puppets, to dress them up. Exceptional performers of the year were rewarded during the R&R ceremony, which was followed by gala dinner and drinks. The event was well received by the audience, and the employees had a gala time.
